BRD Asset Management completes acquisition of Patria Asset Management

BRD Asset Management has finalized the acquisition of Patria Asset Management following regulatory approval from the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF). The move consolidates BRD's position in the local asset management sector and expands its portfolio of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
