New Telegram evidence emerges in Hermosilla-Chadwick-Guerra corruption case

The Arica Prosecutor's Office has uncovered 12,000 pages of previously unexamined Telegram communications between Luis Hermosilla and Andrés Chadwick linked to the Manuel Guerra corruption investigation. The discovery of these encrypted messages, which were not part of the initial evidence review, significantly expands the scope of the ongoing probe into judicial influence peddling.
