Man arrested in Drammen following public threats and property damage

A man was taken into custody in Drammen, Norway, after allegedly threatening bystanders and police officers with violence and damaging a police vehicle. The suspect was also reported for animal cruelty regarding two dogs in his possession, which have since been secured by authorities.
