Citymesh increases equity stake in Belgian telecom operator DIGI via 50 million euro investment

Belgian firm Citymesh has increased its ownership in DIGI's Belgian operations through a 70 million euro financing package, with 50 million allocated to equity expansion. This move shifts the ownership balance established during the 2024 market entry, where the two entities were previously equal partners. The remaining 20 million is earmarked for Citymesh's internal business network service expansion.
