Zelenskyy: Operation 'Vivaldi' planned a year ago; Liman advance postponed

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy revealed that Operation 'Vivaldi' was planned to begin a year ago, but the advance on the Liman direction has been postponed. The statement indicates a delay in planned military operations, possibly due to operational or strategic reassessment. The postponement suggests ongoing adjustments in Ukraine's offensive posture, though the reasons and new timeline remain unclear.
