Patient fatality in Poland following alleged medical diagnostic error

A 61-year-old woman died after an emergency room physician, identified as Dawid Kacprzyk, allegedly failed to diagnose a heart attack. The incident is currently under investigation to determine if medical negligence occurred during the triage and diagnostic process.
