Russia Proposes Wet-Lease of Vietnamese Aircraft to Bypass Sanctions

Russia's Transport Ministry has formally proposed that Vietnam wet-lease aircraft from its carriers to Russian airlines, a move that would help Russia circumvent Western sanctions restricting aircraft and parts supply. The proposal, made during high-level talks, is under consideration by Vietnamese authorities.
