Syrian forces dismantle ISIS-linked cell in Homs, arrest 2, seize explosives

Syrian security forces arrested two suspects linked to ISIS in Homs, seizing explosive devices intended for attacks on places of worship, security patrols, and railway infrastructure. The plot was disrupted before execution, but the targeting of civilian and critical infrastructure indicates ongoing militant activity in the area. The report is based on a single state-aligned source, so details remain unverified.
