BioMarin and Ascendis Pharma settle global patent litigation over CNP technology

BioMarin and Ascendis Pharma have reached a global settlement to resolve patent disputes concerning CNP technology used in achondroplasia treatments. The agreement mandates Ascendis to pay royalties on net sales of the drug Yuviwel in the U.S. and Brazil, effectively ending active litigation across five jurisdictions.
