Pakistan, Egypt condemn Houthi attacks, back Saudi Arabia amid regional tensions

Pakistani and Egyptian foreign ministers issued joint condemnation of Houthi attacks and reaffirmed solidarity with Saudi Arabia, while Pakistan's top diplomat discussed the regional situation with Iran by phone. This signals continued diplomatic alignment against Houthi actions, though the specific nature of the attacks and any new escalation remain unspecified. The outreach to Iran suggests efforts to manage regional fallout and prevent broader conflict.
