Ukrainian civilian detained in Slovakia for murder of fellow Ukrainian; suspect at large

A Ukrainian citizen has been detained in Slovakia on suspicion of killing another Ukrainian; both are civilians, not military. A second individual at the scene remains sought. The incident appears to be a criminal matter, not conflict-related, though its location in Slovakia adds a cross-border dimension.
