Death threats against Jewish students after blocking AfD politician at Halle memorial

Jewish students who blocked AfD politician Tillschneider from entering a memorial service at Halle synagogue now face death threats. Police are investigating whether Tillschneider was insulted, while the threats against students are under criminal investigation. This marks an escalation of political tensions around Holocaust remembrance in Germany, with far-right rhetoric intersecting with antisemitic threats.
