UAnimals founder Todorchuk appointed head of AFU communications directorate

Alexander Todorchuk, founder of the animal-rights NGO UAnimals, has been appointed to lead the Main Communications Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, succeeding or replacing prior leadership under Commander-in-Chief Mikhail Drapaty. The move signals a shift toward civilian/activist leadership in military communications, though the operational impact and mandate remain unclear. This is a notable personnel change in Ukraine's military command structure amid ongoing conflict.
