Russian strike kills two Ukrainian officers at Kyiv air defense site

Russian forces claim a strike on a Ukrainian air defense facility in Kyiv killed two officers, one from a radio-technical brigade and another from Chernivtsi Oblast. The claim is unverified and sourced solely from Russian state media, with no independent confirmation. This continues the established pattern of mutual attrition strikes in the ongoing conflict, with no strategic shift indicated.
