Kovalam spa abuse probe widens; health inspector arrested, trafficking ring exposed

A health inspector has been arrested in connection with the sexual abuse of a woman at a Kovalam spa, as the investigation expands to include alleged trafficking by the survivor's aunt and her husband, who were arrested in Andhra Pradesh. The case highlights potential regulatory failures in the spa industry and a cross-state trafficking network, though the full scope of the ring remains unclear.
