US-Mexico launch Operation High Eagle to counter cartel drones on border

The US and Mexico have initiated Operation 'High Eagle' in response to cartel-operated drones along the border, with the US banning unauthorized drone flights. This marks a coordinated bilateral security effort targeting a novel aerial threat, though details on scope and rules of engagement remain unclear. The operation signals an escalation in counter-cartel tactics and could set a precedent for cross-border drone enforcement.
