PM Abiy Ahmed visited the Ethiopian Nuclear Energy Commission to review progress on the country's nuclear energy development. The visit signals continued government commitment to nuclear power, though specific milestones, timelines, and financing remain unspecified. This matters as Ethiopia seeks to diversify energy sources and address growing demand, with potential regional implications for energy security in the Horn of Africa.
