Putin Agrees to Resume Ukraine Talks in November with U.S. Mediation

Vladimir Putin has agreed to resume tripartite negotiations with Ukraine in November, mediated by the U.S., marking the first talks since mid-February when the U.S. military operation in Iran began. The resumption signals a potential de-escalation in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, though the terms and agenda remain unclear. This development could reduce geopolitical risk and support risk-on sentiment if talks progress.
