Hungary, Ukraine agree to reset ties; Orban meets Zelensky in Brussels

Hungarian PM Viktor Orban and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met on the sidelines of an EU summit in Brussels, agreeing to build a 'new foundation' for political and economic relations. This marks a notable shift from Hungary's previous obstructionist stance on Ukraine aid and sanctions, though the durability of the rapprochement remains uncertain given Orban's past reversals.
