Brazil ANP upholds GPC Química methanol license after Operation Carbono Oculto probe

Brazil's ANP has decided to maintain GPC Química's authorization to distribute methanol, following an internal investigation that found no irregularities in its commercialization. The decision follows August 2025 search and seizure warrants under Operation Carbono Oculto, and an independent committee's November finding of no wrongdoing. This regulatory clearance reduces legal overhang for Dexxos but does not preclude further criminal or administrative actions.
