Missouri suspect charged in second highway shooting after teen's death

A suspect already charged in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Alyssa Wilson on Interstate 170 in Overland, Missouri, has now been charged in a separate highway shooting days earlier. The pattern of firing into vehicles on the highway suggests a possible serial shooter, though the suspect's motive and full scope remain under investigation. This development signals a broader public-safety threat in the St. Louis area.
