Trump claims cartels control Mexico, warns of ground ops; Sheinbaum unhappy

Trump publicly asserts that drug cartels control Mexico, claiming he told President Sheinbaum directly and that she reacted negatively. He also warned of possible ground military operations, signaling potential escalation in cross-border counter-narcotics policy. The claim is unverified and likely to strain US-Mexico relations, but its operational implications remain unclear.
