V&A strike suspended after improved pay offer; Acas talks to follow

Prospect and PCS unions suspended a planned two-day strike at London's V&A museums after management made an improved pay offer, with Acas-facilitated talks scheduled. The dispute centered on pay and working conditions, including inadequate toilet and hydration breaks. The suspension averts closure of major galleries during half-term, but the underlying issues remain unresolved pending negotiations.
