West Bengal Left parties allege attacks on Durga Puja bookstalls

Left parties in West Bengal, including CPI(M), CPI(ML) Liberation, and SUCI(C), allege their bookstalls at Durga Puja pandals were denied permission, vandalized, or targeted at multiple locations. The incident escalates political tensions in the state, with accusations of targeted suppression of opposition activity during a major festival. The claims are unverified and likely part of a broader political dispute.
